It is, that photie was took when some players (mostly our lads plus Cahill) went to Madrid to watch the Barca/Real CL semi.
@ Veinticinco de Mayo The way you talk to other users on this forum is something you should be ashamed of as someone who is suppose to be representing the site.

Glad that was cleared up, ta. Carroll is going to be good for the dressing room. I reckon I'd enjoy his company anyway ;D - tho he may get an earful on his taste in music.

It's not the kid in the Torres shirt getting stick.  It's the fan to his left in the MU shirt.

I know but FowlerLeftFoot said the torres kid was gettin a bit of abuse too

Honestly I don't know what the big deal is. It's the badge on the shirt that matters not the name on the back. Obviously some people won't like it but it's not something to give abuse for.
And that manc fan was obviously just pathetic and deserved everything.  ;D

It's a kid. All that was unneccessary. Not quite sure what the super fans around the kid think made them all that special.

And whoever brought him there should have known better.

Pan the uncle/father/family friend in the away kit sitting next to him and changing his shirt for him....

It's a kid for goodness sakes.

He may have got some stick on the KOP but this was not the KOP and it wasn't man u vs liverpool....I felt the malaysian crowd were over reacting and acting like a bunch of hooligans...just my observation. Like they know what the rivalry is really like to begin with.

Not very impressed thus far with the "supporters" out here.

I find them quite cool actually... and what the fuck is the guy with man u shirt doing in there... ? You can watch in a neutral normal shirt and that's it...  Frankly, if it was a friendly on the Balkans... he would have been ..how to say.. in real danger! Here was fun... :) next time in white and be quite! ;)

Y should take his shirt off? He obviously isn't a Liverpool supporter and should have had more sense than to turn up in a man u top.

The abuse he got was pretty bad and ad I stated unnecessary.

And to the supporters outside the stadium touting training passes for rm100 all decked out in red should be ashamed of themselves. Pro events had given out the passes for free.

One lad approached me thinking I needed to buy a match ticket and training pass and had 30 x 58 ringit tickets he was flogging for 85 per ticket and 50 training passes and rm50 each. Also decked out head to toe in red.

Seriously, how can you expect to be taken seriously when your own official supporters club condones touting in their board and actively promotes it.

It's just not on. At the same hotel with Phil Thompson...we have a lunch with him later before we head out to the stadium for the match.

Hope it doesn't bloody piss down with rain again

Just a stupid kid trying to have a laugh and being stupidly brave. And he got sticks for it. Asking him to change his top is probably for his own good and safety.

What kind of comment is this? If you are not  british and have not experience first hand the rivalry between the two clubs you are not allowed to feel the same feeling of resentment against the other team? Fans all over the world have just as much right as you do in their choice of choosing the club they support. Just because your location is situated closer to Anfield does not made you a better fan in anyway.

The incident happened about 100 feet from where I was seated. Couldn't see a thing though as everyone was on their feet. Friends who were in the area however said that the kid had goaded Liverpool fans by constantly displaying his kit. In what fashion, I have no idea. Thing is if he didn't, how does one explain how he made it to his seat in the first place?

Anyway, super turnout for a training session yesterday as a lot of you mentioned. Good to see fellow Reds from Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia in attendance. Friends of mine are meeting up with members of the EOA (East of Anfield Supporters Club - Singapore) tonight for a couple of pints. I hope to make it as I have something on at 7pm so it depends on what time I'm done.

Looking forward to seeing you lot during the match on Saturday. I'm going 5hrs before kickoff because traffic is going to be horrendous. Hoping to gather a large group before making the trek to the stadium.

Yes, we dont know anything, we are too far from Liverpool to know anything about supporting Liverpool F.C. We are hooligans for expressing our passion for the club, we dont know shit about Liverpool-manu rivalry, we should have went on with our business munching sandwiches without a care in the world with manu wearing fools sitting in our midst. They shouldnt have came to the far east, especially to some third world countries full of yellow and dark skinned people like Malaysia. Most of us shouldnt have wasted 22 years of our lives waiting for our next title, we should have supported manu, chelsea or arsenal like the rest of them instead. In short, we are not qualified to be Liverpool supporters.

Because mad men said so.

The kid actually walked around kissing the badge. If that's not provocation, I don't know what is.
