Genuine question to all, particularly mods... What counts as waffle? Is it a case of "I know it when I see it?" IMHO a certain amount of "banter" improves the pics and thread, although obviously it's not for the likes of me to decide.
Could we perhaps have as the very first post on the thread, a post that says a) no tangential waffle allowed. b) brief comments or jokes on pics allowed though not encouraged c) etc.
Just seems as though this seasons picture thread is a little more, how shall I say... Hardcore about the postings than last seasons, or perhaps it's cause it's early days?
Forgive me, but this seems the best place for the post.
