I'm a big fan of Glen, but he was drivel today, utter drivel. Not just "a bit of an off day", he was pathetically bad. Dunno what the problem was, but it was painful to watch.

And a toast for the man who loves every hour of every day

Was limping at the end of the England game, suspect he wasn't right tonight.

Was limping and clutching his leg in the first half tonight too

If he was seemingly injured (as suggested) then it was a fuck up by Johnson, the manager and the medical staff for him to play/continue to play today. He was a massive detriment to the team every time he got near the ball.

If I pick up the paper and was to see Johnson investigated for match fixing or throwing a game I honestly wouldnt be surpised. He was that bad tonight.

Three times I counted he failed to trap simple passes, he just looked totally in another world.

Have said this to many people that I dont like Johnsons approach when we play deep lying defences. He dawdles a lot. He's a superb athlete when he has space to marud into like City. But when he's faced with more technical situations and teams parking the bus, he seems to have brain farts and lose the ball in stupid areas of the pitch.

He honestly didnt look like he knew where the ball was at times tonight. I lost track of the amount of times the ball rolled out of play when it was at his feet.

Dreadful tonight. Worse I ever remember seeing him for us. He played like he was carrying an injury, as did Gerrard. If he was, it seems a bit daft to play him when WBA were unlikely to be doing anything other than sitting back tonight.

Bad game from Glen today. Hopefully its a one off. He's been magnificent and really consistent for us this season. Hopefully he's back to business when we play swansea and is bossing the game better than windows 8 again :P.

Swansea is going to be an even more difficult game and hopefully Glen will be up to it, in fact he needs to be the whole team actually, can't afford another loss

Bad game from him, but Johnson's performances have overall been good this season (let's not forget).
I'm really hoping Sturridge busts out the wacky dip when he scores.

He was WBA best defender stopping every attack that came down the right hand side. Thank goodness this is not the norm for him. Needs to come back stronger.

Too flashy too often. His end product is almost non-existent. He needs to get the ball in early instead of taking on the last defender. Too often he's been in good positions only to squander possession.

I'm pretty sure he created 2 very good chances, if they had been scored the consensus in here would be different.

the posts above are fucking shocking, NO END PRODUCT, but he created 2 chances, how is this FUCKING NO END PRODUCT

Christ some people. Match fixing? He wasn't great but that's a disgraceful thing to say about one of our players, let alone one who's been otherwise so impressive this season. It's a blip over the course of the season, it certainly wasn't for a lack of effort. He's a human, he'll have an off day, but be back to his best next time.

He's been very good all season. Consistency wise one of our top 3 plaers I'd suggest. Last night he had a rank bad game, his touch deserted him and he gave it away cheaply a lot. It happens. He was still bombing forward in support and looking to get us on the attack. Give him a break.

Generally he's been good this season but he tends to overplay it alot, every 2nd attack he goes abit mad and just runs into the defender or trips himself up. He's really got to work on his awareness and know when to pass it or take on the defenders, right now he's giving the ball away constantly.

Rare to have a match where both fullbacks were the worst players

I have to say that was my perception too, neither seemed to be to do anything right.

I'm used the the madness of Enrique, but not from Johnson.

Execution was very poor.

Classy RB and I'll always maintain that opinion but mother of lord. He couldn't get the absolute fundamentals right last night.

He was walking the ball out of play with absolutely no pressure. Off night, it happens. Reminded me of that gif of the horse with the giant exercise ball the way he played last night.

Thought Glen played well today. He attacked well and didn't defend too badly either, except for their 2nd. Thought Glen, Carra and Reina did well today.

Look mate, he fell asleep at the back post after the ball had passed a full back and a centre half, resulting in a player getting in to score.

Ergo, he's shite.

Forget about the slalom in the frist half, the through ball for Suarez, it matters nought.

Sell him, buy back Arbeloa and see how he gets on with a starting postion near the halfway line.
Where's this Yakimoto fella?
