Kirdi to be played by Lenny Montana by using cut footage from previous films. Obviously Manuel Noriega would be a better choice, but sadly he's currently 'resting' in France and would be unavailable for this project.

I always thought that 'Cowley' from The Professionals (late 70's UK cop drama) would have took a great part as Shankly if any film about him had been made after his death in 1981. He's Scottish too. And I suppose 'Doyle' could have acted out any of our late 70's players in any such film (Keegan?).
