Probably just twitter, but people saying he failed a drug test which West Ham covered up

Doubt it.  If he failed a drug test, West Ham would have an incredibly easy way to sack a high-earner off their wage bill.  If they covered it up and somehow the FA found out, West Ham would be in a lot of trouble.  Also, isn't drug testing done independently, not by the clubs themselves?

I thought that they abolished this ridiculuous rule. Why would WHU be in trouble if they wanted to sign an injured player?

Yeah, like Mutu and Chelsea - they even sued him for the transfer fee (although I don't think he was able to pay it, no idea how that one turned out).

Sounds like twitter shite. And honestly, if West Ham wanted to cover something like that up, how's it getting on twitter? The tea lady overheard Allardyce going mental at him and posted it all on twitter? Bloody hell.

Of course. Silly me. I was thinking of the "medical" test in a strict sense.

Eitherways, doubt Carroll was on a drug dose during the medical apart from the ones used for his recuperation, which is legal.

If a player tests positive for cocaine, it is not be made public as it is not going to help someone if they have drug problems to let the media let rip and destroy there career, which is what happened with Mutu.

These rumours always start about partytime players who are ruled out with long term injuries Joe Cole, Dyer was another one. Frankly no one will know till careers are over.
No time for caution.

So now hes getting the old cocaine rumours treatment.  Some sad people out there starting stupid rumours like this.  Thats him, Rosicky and Wilshire now that have had their cocaine habits covered up by a "long term injury" in the past couple of years lol...

We took Chelsea to the cleaners for Torres, Fat mike took us to the cleaners for Andy

There again Chelsea paid for Carroll and like the King said, he cost us -15million pounds,

I still think we should have gone all out on that day and just slapped another 5million and triggered Aguero's release clause
Not that simple I'm afraid Aguero is probably on astronomical wages at City and of course demands CL football.

Torres like it or not has won the CL with Chelsea and the most important point of all which I think is missed is the likes of Torres were at one stage worth 50million pounds, Andy Carroll never in a million years was worth what we paid for him, I think it'll go down as one of the worst transfers ever the fact we managed to salvage 15-17million out of it is remarkable.

I've got a feeling that Origi is the real deal, from a couple of games I watched but mainly his interviews there seems to be something about him.

If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.

While WHU is obviously a step down, it is a little unfair to describe going there as his career being over.

Please give a detailed explanation as to why this is the case with this particular injury, and further this claim with recent evidence of his 'unprofessional' behavior being a contributory factor in picking up this injury and being unable to return from it.

You only have to look at YOUTUBE videos of Andy Carroll of his face drunk.

As a professional sports player, you can't be doing that as a sportsman ... firmly believe that's why he's always prone to these niggling type injuries he gets.

His fall in the Casino, before we bought him, the injury that he had when he first joined us ... was a result of him being drunk in that Casino and falling. Is that professional?

Would love to see it happen, always liked Andy.

Wouldnt be putting any money on it though, fate is conspiring against him. The move to us was ill advised and now this bizarre injury to his heel. It just doesnt look like it'll happen to me.

Also think he's his own worst enemy at times.

Think West Ham will end up rushing him back before time, Sam is in need of anything to turn their season around and the chairmen will be getting desperate too. Carroll is the sort to allow them to put him on the pitch before time as well I reckon.

Can see him being out injured again before too long.
