All over.  Well, all I can say is thank God for Torres.  He should have got 2 if Keane hadn't done some great defending for Sunderland

I'll take a bunch of ugly 1-0s for the rest of the season if that wins the titles, thanks lads.  :wave

Lolzies. More chance of a wank off the pope than beating United, I'm afraid. It is beyond Benitez, apart from when they were at their lowest ebb, when we knocked them out of the FA Cup. They certainly aren't anywhere near there now.

I don't think the performance can be describe as shit, since we played pretty well given the circumstances.

Credit to Sunderland, they didn't play for 1 point.

And further good news is that Babel is on his way back after they got knocked out by Masch and Co.

I don't mind if we don't play attractive football. Last season was fine. We weren't playing great, but it was effective. So far, we can't even string a couple of passes together nor can we dribble or keep the ball. That's what I'm on about.

You are right.  I prefer it when our football is effective also, and most of that wasn't really. We were better in the second half and the latter stages of the first though, the first half an hour was terrible. Sorry, was being a bit sensitive. I'll go for my smoke now...ahhhhhh.

Stadium of Lights are never an easy place to go, especially on the opening day.  Just ask Martin Jol and he will tell you that.

This is a very good 3 points for us.
