does anyone have a photo of this banner at the match they could scan in and send me? I have a collection of photos of banners and this great one is missing. I think people should leave Gerard Houllier alone as he is doing a great job and were better than them mancs cos we beat them twice so we must be. Does anyone agree with me?

Can't help you with the banner thing but good luck. I agree that we are better than Man Utd. That's because I'm a Red. But realistically, though we beat them twice It was obvious that our consistancy levels was not up to par with thiers. Is this because other teams pretty much gave up giving Man Utd a decent fight and just folded...don't know. Can't blame them for Our lack of ruthlessness. I think this season we have a good chance of giving them a tough fight. Liverpool will always be a better club. I believe we have the better players, play better football, biased perhaps, certainly the better manager but our results are going to have to be better in general, not just beating that lot
twice.

I agree we have a better manager - even though teirs has won loads more than ours. We will always be a bigger club. It doesnt matter how many shirts they sell or how much they spend on players. The reds are bigger like in a spiritual way - you know?

Bannerman : have a look at my fan photo site : http://www.geocities.com/nnilg - that give you an index of loads of photo pages. If you can't find one amongst them I'd be surprised ... Some of the pages are just 30-40 largish photos, and may take some time to download if you don't have a high speed connection of some kind. Worth the effort, though ...
