Who gets your vote?

Imagine, 0-0 with 2 mins to go CL final, free kick just outside the box(in the centre), Murphy, Redknapp, Macca, Berger and Fowler all on the pitch.......who would you want to take it? ???

On his record of late it would be have to be Macca. Especially if it was at the end of the season and the Chips are down you need someone with a bit of experience.

I must admit I do like Macca, precision, quality and nerves of steel!!, but going back a few years Jamie and Robbie were no slouches... and then you`ve got Paddy`s and Danny`s Theatre of shite superstrikes!!, I think there`d be a massive scramble for the ball!!

Macca, absolutely no doubt. All are fine, but none have the strike rate of Macca. I do like Paddy's as well, although Robbie's free kick goal at Wycombe was the first one since Leeds in 1996, I think?

His 10,000 awful free kicks suggest that by the laws of probability it would rocket into the top corner. Or was his goal at Wembley the one that was desitined to go in?

Depends... If Didi has taken all the previous free kicks and sent them right in the middle of the wall, every single time, this one could be it! Also, if he has put every single one in the wall before, there would be no wall left.

I go for a dummy. Didi to line up (no wall!) and then Berger to score.

Berger fits well with my wish; that we could beat the Mancs in the CL Final.

Depends on the other 17+ CL matches before the final!
Who will play well for us in Europe this season?
Will Litmanen take us all the way to Hampden pk?
Will Riise tear through on the wing and cause havoc to opposition's defence? Is Redknapp going to Captain us to a fourth trophy in 2 years?

How about we qualify first before we even think about getting in the final?

Otherwise i'd choose somebody scouse or scottish to take the kick. Howabout Fowler?

Definitely Berger! He combines Didi's power with Macca's precision, and it's only him and Fowler who'll take it with the left foot and into the top right corner.
