It's the typical story, that.
It's why people have PC's to use, but people actually LIKE their mac.
Claire on here is the only person I;ve ever encountered who ha used a mac a decent amount and prefers a PC.
Aside from that, literally EVERYONE I know who's used both for any ecent amount of time prefers Mac.
I dunno, Nidge, I might be buying one
Heh.
My laptop is 5yrs old in January, and whilst it's perfectly fine to use, it's showing it's age a little bit lately (although, having never formatted the fucker since i've had it! it might do it the world of good) and it's pretty much a 'desktop' now anyway, battery is buggered and they're stupidly expensive to replace, so I'm looking at getting a new machine.
Thinking about a desktop, but I don't know if I really want one, my uncle can build me a top notch machine so I wouldn't be buying from a shop, but I'm also in the process of starting my own business, so I need something portable anyway to take to meetings etc. So, I'm looking at laptops, and seeing as Macs can run Windows properly now, in addition to having a good resale value if I decide I don't want/need it anymore/my mates laugh at me.
So yeah, I'm considering buying a Mac.
I feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders
