Any other pirates giving this a shot? I changed my console to NZ last night and had a blast with this from Games Pass but will be much, much more fun with a crew.

Have Gamepass and will give it a try some time, but it doesn't look like a game I'll enjoy...

This honestly worth playing? Saw a few gameplay bids and it looks really boring.

Fights with the kraken look pathetic aswell.

It's an open world game, that's pretty barren of people and NPC's, repetitive quests too. I'd say no, but I had a laugh playing it the one night I had a session on it. All depends on who you play it with, really.

You can get it for free for two weeks if you sign up for a games pass trial, I've given it a quick go and larking about trying to fight other ships is fun. It does look a little barren from what I've seen so far but I'm guessing there'll be a steady stream of content from the devs.

I played the beta and there was just nothing to do! And I guess that's been the constant criticism since it came out.

Spent a couple of hours on it yesterday with a mate - enjoyable enough with two of us - but didn't see another player. It probably wont be a game I'd go into on my own.

Yeah I played with a buddy, we went on an island, killed some some zombies, that was it.

Spent four hours yesterday on it. Completed about 30 voyages, attacked a skeleton throne thingy and saw one other boat. One. Definitely not one for the long term.
