HJK beat KuPS in Finnish Cup final today 2-1 after extra time. Litmanen scored 1-0 goal on 108th minute.

Litmanen had played in Finnish Cup final once before 19 years ago in 1992 when he also scored!

Attendance was 5125. It's poor for a cup final but then again the average attendance in Finnish league is around 2000. This was equivalent to FA Cup. Finnish league cup is always played in winter before the season kicks off but they are mostly considered as friendly games and majority of the games are being played indoor.

Not only that but watch him float into the perfect position even as the ball goes over his head. Also, the inch perfect cushion on the thigh, leaving the ball perfectly sited for his shot.

Season in Finland starts in April but Litmanen is yet to decide if he will play for another year. Would love to watch him for one more season as he was very good last season. True legend and gentleman.
