So many issues with the team.

Looks like they've never played together and we are recycling how we used to play with players not suited to it.

Look a jaded team in need of freshen up.

Horrible stuff

It will be freshened up next season.

Nah… this ain’t happening, bubble burst in the FA cup game and we’ve looked less and less capable of doing anything since

Klopp has to take quite a bit of blame for this debacle.
We knew how Atalanta would play, but we had no idea how to get ball up. There was no game plan.

We'll properly kick ourselves if City do have some slip ups because we're done.

These have completely outsmarted us. Better that than get had off in the final to Leverkusen or Roma.

As much as I adore and worship Jurgen, I can’t wait for this to end and a new era. You can smell the lack of energy everywhere.

I think he's shattered and has nothing left to give anymore. It's been like that for a while now.

Some people need to give their head a wobble.

That was much better from the lads, and a massively tricky game to balace; concede one and it’s done, and need to score goals.

The chances were better, once they didn’t go in, you knew it wasn’t our night. Most games over the last 8 years, Mo scores that chance in the first easily.

And that weird bounce past the goalkeeper is taken advantage of in the second half.

The footballing gods decided we are part of Atalantas story this season, rather than them being part of ours.

We don’t know whose story it is in the league, but we have it’s definitely too early to throw in the towel now.

That United cup game was like the 4-4 derby game for Kenny.

We've rode our luck a lot this season (most away wins have been in injury time and we've gone behind so many times at Anfield). It's not sustainable. We were on easy street in the Europa League with the group (still lost 2 away games) and then the Prague tie. Come up against a decent side and we fell well short.

Other than Arsenal in the FA Cup, have we even beat a good team all season? We come up short when a team has the right gameplan. We're out of ideas.

The damage was done in the first leg and just staying in the tie tonight was fine, but we didn't really threaten their goal at all last half an hour. It wasn't as if we were just holding back to stay in it, we just didn't have much of a clue going forward. Totally bereft.

Over 270 minutes now without a goal from open play. The attack has fallen apart completely

360 minutes really. Gakpo's goal v Sheffield United.

Since then 2 penalties and a goal from a corner. Shocking stuff.

Don't think we've beaten many in recent years. Even when we beat City in October of the last season it barely meant anything because you knew we'd not build on it. Ending the complete opposite to how it started under Klopp, most of his standout wins early doors were against good sides who'd achieved stuff.

I fully get the enjoy the last games stuff, I will as best I can but can completely understand that there probably won't be much actual enjoyment in them. Judging by how it's fell apart in the last month a change will do us good.

11 points clear of 5th place yet people are shitting their pants about missing out on champions league football. One point off of top place yet we have no chance to win the league. If that don’t sum this forum up then I don’t know what does.. one extreme to the other, laughable.
