Interestingly..both are named Nicola. Saw them on SSN earlier and they introduced them.

I know mate, I was only winding you up! The part where you used the word 'c*nt' several times within the hour kind of gave it away that you may have had money on it.

I never gamble nowadays, I've learnt me lesson long ago. Part just couldn't be fucking bothered, and if it was me who bet on him to win I'd probably be trying to find him at this very minute and asking for my money back.

Ive just got home, was VIP last night, stayed in Paul Nicholsons room and got woken up at 6-45 by a fuckin fire alarm
Was there to support Frenchy last night, he was on fire in practice but got dragged down by the Jap fella!
Did anyone see me on tele? Frenchy stopped on his walk on to shake my hand

They really looked after the VIP's this year, walked into the lounge, lovely 50" with leather sofas around it, all free food! I had salmon roast potatoes etc, lovely

Russell Stewart did quite well there. Couple of big finishes from Lewis stopped him from almost getting on top of that game at one stage.

Cleary and Nicholson clearly enjoying themselves throughout aswell!

I used to play against Stewart many years ago mid 80s.. didnt recognise him for about 5 mins.. think his biggest problem was not taking advantage when Lewis slipped up..

Lewis did an exhibition in my local a couple of years ago, and to be fair to him, he was sound. Had loads of time for anyone who wanted a chat, happy to offer tips to the kids who were in to watch him, and generally had a laugh. He can fucking drink, mind you (Shocking darts news of the year that). He wasn't being paid a huge wedge (by either local pub, or sporting standards) to be there, but he stayed all night, signed anything put in front of him, stood for every photo people wanted, and was good company to every one there.

He might come across as a gobshite on TV at times, but darts is pretty showbiz now, better to be a character, I guess. Even if it's one who comes across badly. Fuck me, Peter Manley is milking his pantomime villain role for all it's worth in exhibition stuff.

Just got back from Ally Pally! It could not have gone any better than that! 3-0 3-0 3-0 Ady had one dart at a double! Fucking brilliant peformance from Paul! Weve been discussing alot over the last week and we are going to start working together, im going to be his interim manager! look after sponsersip, travel, exhibitions etc!
