Will there be an issue going in on a ticket that isn't in your name?

I will be amazed if we even need to show a passport
We will be herded into the ground asap

Looks like a plan to keep the numbers down

Shaun, I will need a spare for Lyon, reckon it's worth me buying a ticket for Fiorentina even though i have no intention of going?

Bit gutted that the flights I'd seen in the early hours of this morning had gone up by £60 by this lunchtime, but it means were spending an extra day there now so can't be too bad! Staying in some plus florence hostel.

The 3 euro wine offer is going to be a killer.

When I went to Florence years ago, we stayed on a campsite overlooking the city - boss views. The campsite owners had their own vineyard somewhere and their red was sold there @ 1.50 Eur/bottle and it wasn't too bad at all.

Any ideas where we'll all meet up Monday night for a few bevvies lads? Couple of Irish bars below, the Fiddlers Elbow below looks a better location or is there a main square we could head for?

Not a fan of the Irish bars myself. Obviously it's up to you where you drink, but I'd rather find somewhere properly local, not some pub that basically looks like home.

How much is the alcohol in Florence? I know I'm being lazy and could probably find the average price of a pint myself, but does anyone just know it?

I don't get why the official site is still talking about names on our tickets?
Quote
Anyone with a ticket without their own name on must inform Liverpool they are using it and ensure they are on the list sent to Fiorentina detailing all fans who are travelling. Anyone not on the list won't gain access to the stadium.

Surely none of them do?

They lie - places that serve food as well as booze will still serve alcohol. A few places will not be allowed, but the majority will.

Or like Milan there are 485,000 offies that will gladly sell cans and whatever else...if Tuesday is even half as good Milan it will be a boss trip.

Was anyone here on the Ryan air flight back from Milan on the Thursday night after the game?  That is seriously the funniest flight I have ever been on anywhere....and the poor hosty who got offered 76 phone numbers..class! :)
