It would be hilarious if DeLuca found a haymayker from somewhere and sparked Brook out

Chances are remote mate. If this was at a higher weight then maybe a bum could find one.

I might put a few quid in Brook to lose tonight. He lost to Zerafa in my eyes.

Well that was a tenner down the drain ;D

Pleased for Brook to be honest he has always had talent.

What I will say is 3-4 years ago I would fancy him to beat Liam Smith easily but at this time I think Beefy beats him.

If I was Brook I would try to cash out on a big fight.

Yeah I think the first non Latvian he fights will beat him.

Aside from Shawn Porter his CV is non existent.

I would tend to agree he hasnít really boxed to his potential he cashed out against GGG a fight he was never going to win.

I think if he can get himself a world title fight Iíd take it and the Americans wonít be scared to fight him after his last two fights.

The Smith fight is pointless but Brook sees him as a step to a world fight because Khan doesn't fancy it.

Smith next then world title.

Why pointless? Smith could beat him. Sky trying to pretend as if none of us have eyes. Brilliant performance my arse!🤣

Was more in hope than expectation.

Don't know why Khan/Brook even gets mentioned anymore bar from Fordy. Would be an awful spectacle and something I'd only watch if I had nothing else to do.

Still can't believe he took that fight!

It was just stupid oneupmanship because Khan took the Canelo fight and it ended up costing him his career. His obsession with Khan ruined him.

I would agree a few years back totally but now Iím not sure.

Khan will NEVER fight Brook he ainít scared of him obviously but he is scared in case he lost to him.

If them two are smart they will agree a fight and Both make a few million without getting seriously hurt or maybe Iím just talking too much sense

Everyone chases someone in Boxing but what tends to happen is that those that chase yo hard don't get.. Khan chased Mayweather for years the Manny.

Saunders and Smith are chasing Canelo and won't get.

Brook handled the Liam Smith question like a man but yes if I was Khan I would looking to fight Brook now & make a big UK fight as both are really going nowhere.

Brook is lowering himself with the Smith fight but is in proving a point mindset unlike Khan.

Would quite happily watch Liam Smith vs Brook. I donít know if it was ring rust, heís seen better days or DeLuca didnít have the power to trouble him. But Kell took a few shots last night.

Think he knew he didn't hurt him so could walk on to shots but yeah he was rusty in defence but that's to be expected.

Brook was probably never elite but he was once world level. He isn't any more, that much is clear.

Apparently the IBF are considering adding another version to their "world champions" roster to go with the WBA's "Supers and Regulars" and WBC's "Diamond" "Emeritus" and rainbow spectrum belts.  ;D

It's the obvious problem that has plagued boxing for years; not enough title belts. Well done to the IBF for taking action on the issue.

The thing is we all know who would be the "Real" champions of the division. But even a "Regular" champion can say he's a "Champion" because it's actually a fact he would be.  ;D

The IBF love a sanctioning fee, hence why their champions are generally the most active of the 4.

It's shite though when there are so many belts that the fans have to get together and figure out who the real champion is.  there needs to be some kind of independent body, something like the Ring used to be before Golden Boy bought it.

Saying that, you end up with another belt then ;D

Actually thought Frank did a good job for Warrington. World title fight at Elland Road and a PPV vs Frampton. Would imagine the struggle to get him a big unification is the reason for the split.

Frank is close to finished now. Must be a sickener to lose Warrington to Matchroom, after BJS most recently. Doesnít have much (if any) say in regards to Fury anymore either. Dubois and Yarde are his only hopes!

there is a documentary about Tyson Fury in a bout 30 mins on ITV1 (9pm). Saw his wife talking about it and his mental issues and recovery on BBC breakfast this morning and thought I would mention it for the boxing community here. He even puts the bins out what a humble man is Tyson.

Think Fury will win. Possibly by KO, he had Wilder in a bit of trouble last time after the KD in the 12th. Grandpa could have got to him in the first fight too. There's a hint of vulnerability to Wilder when he doesn't have it all his own way.

That said, Wilder might spark him out at any minute.
