Lifts to games/spare train + coach tickets
« Reply #4 on: July 9, 2005, 06:31:16 pm »
This thread is designed for registered RAWK members to help each other with transport to domestic games (both home and away). Any transport offers/enquiries with regards to European away games should be posted in the European Away Forum.

So if you are:

a) Looking for a lift/transport to a domestic game
b) Have spare space(s) in your car, minibus, van, coach
c) Have spare train or coach tickets
d) Spot a bargain deal for travel to an away

then post in this thread.

All arrangements are up to individual posters to sort out between themselves. We will not intervene in any dispute. This transport exchange has to work on a trust basis and thus can only be successful users follow simple common sense.

This is NOT a ticket thread. Make those arrangements elsewhere on the forum in the appropriate threads.

Please update your post as soon as transport is either no longer needed or spaces are now filled.

Cheers,

RAWK Admin

Just got a season ticket (prem club) for every home game. Anyone Wirral (wallasey) also has a season ticket wants to car share... save some cash on parking.

Save some cash on parking? Parking is free in the streets, mate. We always park in West Derby Road (about 10 minutes walk away), from where it is very easy to get away after the match.

We take a luxury coach to every domestic away game, there are usually places available, if you want to travel with us let me know as early as possible and I will get you on.

We leave from the Aintree area and costs are determined by the amount of travellers and the distance. there is no profit margin although we sometimes offset the cost of one trip against another if we have only a few numbers

Anyone travelling from London/Brighton for this one, depending of ticketing of course...

No trains able to get into Liverpool for before midday, and would rather travel up on the morning than get a hotel...

If you are, let me know in this thread, or PM / email me.

I have seats available in my car for a day return trip to the CSKA Sofia match on Tuesday 23rd.

I'll be leaving the Yateley/Camberley/Reading area at approximately 1pm.
The return trip will leave Liverpool shortly after the match to return home in the wee hours.

If you'd like to join me for the trip PM me.

I'm going to be on holiday in Prestatyn on the day of the Chelsea CL game on Wed 28th Sept.  A lift to Anfield would be a "nice to have" but I could always get the train but a lift back is essential if I'm to keep the missus happy by getting back same night.  Any reds live in Prestatyn and going that night with a spare seat????

get 50% off any train journey in the UK.

the total teransaction must exceed £40 but can be for any combination of tickets not necessarily connected or return journey.  so you can book five journeys at £8 each to qualify for the 50% discount.

Book by Sept 1.

Help required.

2 London Reds looking for a carshare/lift to Anfield on sunday for the beating of the scum. Early KO so prepared to travel as early as required and more than happy to share petrol costs. Starting point SE15 (Peckham, London).

Also any tips, advice and special offers for travel much appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi all,

Is there anyone travelling from south manchester (didsbury/chorlton areas) for the home champs league game against chelsea (28/9) who has a spare seat? It goes without saying I'll pay my share of fuel and parking etc.

Alternatively does anyone know of any coaches that are put on from manchester for midweek games (its a right pain in the arse now my gf has moved from liverpool).

Thanks in advance
