Have you heard the original on TM by 5TH Dimension? Written by Asford & Simpson..this is it.

No, never heard that before, cheers!

Ashford & Simpson know a tune, don't they - Let's Go Get Stoned, I Don't Need No Doctor, Cry Like A Baby, Ain't No Mountain High Enough, Reach Out & Touch Somebody's Hand...great writers.

I had an arguement with a lad in work in 84 when they were in the charts with "Solid." he wouldn't believe me when I said they'd been around for decades and were both in their 40's at that time. He lost money over that. ;D

Same twat argued with me that it was Bobby in Womack & Womack. ;D

Linda Womack. Do you know the story about she and Bobby?

As you now Bobby married Sam's widow, Barbara, Linda's moms. Well, when Linda was 18 Barbara walked in on Linda and Bobby "Getting it On." She shot at Bobby and grazed his head. And I'm sure Bobby was Cecil's best man at his and Linda's wedding.

Some Jerry Springer style shit this, Sam. ;D

Red Rodney - Fiery - The Red Arrow excellent bebop from one of the forgotten masters of bebop trumpet. He was an odd one, as a white jewish kid who hung around with the early greats like Charley Parker at a time where bebop was something only black people played. It's not groundbreaking stuff, but very soulful and elegant. The rest of the band is top class, as you can read on the cover.

Robbie Williams

I went to his concert yesterday not having seen him live before. This guy's vocals are so underrated. What was awesome was that at the end of the show everyone stood up, applauded and shouted and the roof almost came off. Robbie just stood there, smiling, looking a little stunned by the response and then looked on his arms. We gave him goosebumps  8)

I went to see Goat on Saturday. If you ever get a chance to see them live, go for it. Their sound is classed as 'experimental fusion' and they perform in African tribal masks. They got everyone's attention at the O2 in Brixton with everyone dancing for the whole gig....amazing stuff.

I actually only went to this gig to see The Moonlandingz who were on great form doing all of their album...he's flippin mad!

Exercise is to the body what reading is to the mind.

"If I hadn't doped, I would never have won". "Doping improves your performance between 5 and 7 per cent, and maybe 10 to 12 per cent when you are in a peak shape.
