Surely you'd want it to remain that way, way past our game with them?
Don't know how realistic that is.

I'd have though Arsenal would be pushing more to put the game away. Just seem to be assuming everything's fine cos they've scored

They don’t seem to have that in them, this season at least. I’m not sure they have the freedom or even the creativity at the moment in the team to do it.

What's saving them is their set pieces at the moment, they will be worried about the lack of scoring from their forwards, as set pieces can deteriorate in a few more games.

Another masterclass from Hodgson I see. Back to the Rugby for me.
He'll win the league in the next 3 years. Quote me on that.
Quote me on this, but come next season he'll be great for us. Just needs to remove the walking headless chicken next to him

Terrible defending by Palace for the goal. Also none of their midfield tried to get back; they all stood in the Arsenal penalty area.

Looks like the players have stopped playing for the manager and are sick of his negative tactics. What they need is someone with warmth, someone who's a safe pair of hands and who'll come in and steady the ship. I'm struggling to think of who that could be though.
We have to change from doubter to believer. Now.

Palace are poor, and their squad is depleted. One player is Eze on the eye though - he glides past defenders; 26 in June. Poor injury record?

Yes he looks like a decent player who could fit in well to a much better team.

What a weird game, 2 nice goals at the end after Palace had already gifted them the game, but a truly flat, boring game of football.

So who’s Palace’s new coach going to be?
