Chance to go five clear of them. Need to take it. They should already be firmly in the review mirror.

hahahaha fuck off Arsenal

Saliba best CB in the world  ;D

Rice the best DM in the world  ;D

Best front three in the world  ;D

Saliva has been good as has Rice. Not sure who thought they had the best front 3.

Apart from his basketball skills, Ødegaard is a good player.

He's a good player but not good enough for a big club trying to challenge for the league consistently. This is the case for most of Arsenal's players.

He was never coming in to be that. I agree they have a lot of players who are just short of world-class, but he's a very good squad player.

1 point from the last 3 games for Arsenal. That’s some dip for them. Time to take advantage.

Tomorrow's game is really important, no 1 team looks like they really want this title yet - and it would put a great marker down to pull several points clear at the top keeping the pressure on City (who lets face it are clear favourites)

Arsenal are bottling this for a second season, 90 points will win the league easily this year.

This season is bonkers with so many teams close now and that's why I am writing no one off at the moment. It could be one of those screwball seasons which works out very different to the normal ones. It's how we get through the next season which will be crucial beginning tomorrow night.

He’s more than a good squad player, he would look great alongside a VVD for example and is only a little behind Konate quality wise. He’s 22 and has every attribute you want in a Cb although he can improve aerially, right now that would be his only weakness everything else is elite.

Fulham are a decent outfit when they play like that! Been on a bad run last few games but this will make up for getting duffed by Bournemouth.

Top of the league and can open a very very small cuahion if we beat the Saudis tomorrow- who’d have thought this at the start of the season?

Reckon Arsenal could be fighting for 4th with Man Utd…

Rio Ferdinand still thinks they have a chance of 4th place…

Only 22 goals scored
Varane, Sancho, Martial and Anthony are wanting out

20 games - 31 points and in the final 18 games they need atleast 2 points a game

3 points currently separate the top 5 so we need to win. At this time it’s anyone’s title so a long winning run would do us the world of good.

Nah, his stats are awful. 1 goal in 20 appearances last season for them. 3 in 16 so far this season is okay, but at Brighton before he left he had 7 in 16.

You need more consistency than that as a squad player. We got really lucky with how clutch our squad players in Shaqiri in Origi were, 8/10 times they made some sort of impact I'd say when relied upon. Trossard needed to come on and turn that game around, and consistently doesn't.

It's insane that the gap between 1st and 5th is only 3 points.
Not sure that it's been this close between so many teams at the halfway mark for decades.

Didn’t Rio also say they could finish 3rd looks like he started his NYE ales very early.

The David Haye of football predictions aka gets nothing right and other than his Ole is at the wheel he also said Qatar have bought Utd after City “won” the treble an absolute whopper.

We'd need to go at 2.5 PPG from now on to get to 90. We're at 2.2 now. It's not that much of a stretch but we'd need our forwards (other than Mo) to hit some form asap

Missed the game. He said that?

As poor as we were in the first 10-15 mins of the game that comment did annoy me.

It wasn't quite "Arsenal are the better side" but something along the lines of "It's as if Arteta has told his players to go man for man, knowing they've got the better players" or something like that. That's if we're talking about the same line.

I agree, it's why it amazes me when people seem so sure it's between us and City only.

Given the huge number of international breaks over the past 12 months, plus the upcoming AFCON and ASIA tournaments, squads that have been, and continue as the season unfolds, to be fortunate with injuries, are at a big advantage. Obviously squad size and quality are key too.

Players at all clubs are getting injured at a rate I cannot remember seeing previously. The fact we’re in with a realistic chance of the title is good enough for me, the more so given the rebuild we’ve undertaken and most realistic supporters considering this season as one of transition.

That maybe all true but this is a new team now we haven't challenged for a title and I have always said January is the testing month for us as we will be without our top goal scorer and I really want to see more of our forwards contributing with more goals, before I am very confident of a definite title challenge.

We're talking about Trossard.

Oh fair enough Troesard is exactly how you described him a decent squad player.
