What has happened to Brighton? They were great early in the season and everyone was raving about them, now they're just really mediocre.

Small squad can't handle Europe and none of their signings have really impressed so far.

Brighton are lucky to not be 3 or 4 behind.

They’ve been abject.

They currently have 6-7 injuries they had a tough European night on Thursday. What exactly do you expect a team to do which have nothing like the squad we or Arsenal do?

OK chill, I wasn't expecting them to win this one or anything, I was just observing that their form has really fallen off a cliff since the start of the season.

Ben Mee might be sent off here.

Shin high, very reckless.

Credit Diaby, he didn’t even go down!

That's the difference between having a big and squad and not having a big squad isn't it? We could probably get by but Brighton are going to struggle until they get a few of those players back. I think they will come back into form eventually.

barged in the back, no attempt to play the ball, free kick given to Villa for him handling it after he fell over. Until you see it was David Coote you would wonder what the fuck the ref was thinking
