Think that's the first goal he's scored for them with his feet. Trippier all over the place again.

Looks like we're playing Newcastle at a good time in a few weeks.

Trippier has been owned by Son today.

He's been awful now for about 5-6 games but you can be sure Southgate will be picking him.

Was thinking it was admirable of Trippier to turn up and show his face today after his shitshow midweek.

Now, not so much.

This is really quite funny.

Definitely. Think he's gone as far as he can with them, similar to Mark Hughes at City when they first became cheats.

The fact is, their squad isn't that good with a few injuries but they seem to have lost intensity.

Not all Newcastle being poor.
Spurs are brillant in the 1st half of games they destroyed Villa as well same with West Ham.
they fall off in the 2nd half.
Long term they will need a big squad next season but they are a good side very entertaining & high intensity

These long lingering closeups of managers faces while the game is going on in the background is a great innovation by Sky.

He reminds me of Martial - looked excellent when he first arrived but has slowly faded and seems to get easily marked out the game.

He’s right. The same players every game - partly because of injury but also because the remaining subs aren’t trusted.

Newcastle are tired according to Che Neville.

they probably are like, same starting lineup for 5 games cos of injuries.

A good coach would find a way to change tactics and be more compact and incorporate a couple more players from the U23’s and squad players though, to ease the load.
