You need to reply.
"Chelsea: The Saudi money is just RESTING in Todd Boehly's Account"Father Ted referencing thread titles FTW
Up with this sort of thing.
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/66403293Yet another signing. The Kensington Saudis are on track to spend a billion pound in a calendar year!
So any idea whatsoever what team they’ll put out against us?I’m sure we all have an idea of what ours will be but Chelsea seem to have so many players it’s difficult to hazard a guess.
Likely to be Kepa, James, Chilwell, Silva, Colwill, Fernandez, Gallagher/Santos, Sterling, Mudryk, Jackson and Nkunku.
I thought Nkunku was out?
Not confirmed and belief is he should be fine.
Still being assessed. They say.And miraculous recoveries have been known to happen with their injured players.
Supposedly signing a young Brazilian striker for €20m now too. How the fuck are they balancing the books? That article from Tepid maybe means they have burnt through the cash to be invested in the club as part of the takeover
They are also bringing in a lot of money ...https://www.transfermarkt.com/chelsea-fc/rekordabgaenge/verein/631/saison_id/2023
Yes but that was to supposedly offset the 500mill or whatever it was they spent last season.
I can understand middle-eastern despots spending/losing the money to 'wash' their image etc. - but surely Chelsea's (American) investors are going to want to see a return on their investment?
Just heard Jason Cundy (who works for Chelsea tv) say Nkuku is out for 2 months
So that’s him and Jackson unavailable for the game against us? Good start
Nkunku being out for a few months feels like a big loss for them. He's a very good player, the type Edwards probably would have identified as an ideal Firmino replacement had that been what we were looking for.
