Lucky not to be losing to Palace who haven’t won a game in 7.

Keita will either be off at half time or sent off within minutes.

Trent asleep again and looking uninterested from minute one. When is the last time we bought a senior right back? Clyne? Manquillo on loan?

Gakpo battling and Jota and Salah putting in effort.

It’s so frustrating seeing what we’ve become. I’d go as far as to say it’s heartbreaking.

All those having a go at Gomez it's the same whoever is playing at the back, the lacks of legs in the midfield is meaning they are constantly under pressure and that creates more mistakes from players as a result. Something worth remembering the next time people have a go at a player.

Something badly wrong throughout the team.
You'd nearly swear there is something personal wrong with TAA, he's looked weird all season, or else maybe people were right all along and he can't defend which was masked by the fact that we didn't have to defend much in seasons gone by

Trent is a liability.

Matip is increasingly becoming a liability.

Keita looks physically knackered.

On the plus side

Milner has led the press well
Gapko looks a player
Jota's touch is looking better than previous games.

Overall, we are lucky not to be 1 nil down

Palace are woeful and we're not far behind them on todays showing, Trent, Matip, Naby just not at the races. Both teams best chance of a goal is an opposition mistake.

Is it bad when you can only find one reliable and confident center back? Usually you need at least two in our setup.

Trent has been a liability and it seems once his head goes, he can't get it back on. Milner to RB, maybe Jones and Bajectic on before Naby picks up a red.

It was fun seeing us possess the ball confidently for the first 30 minutes but in all that time, never felt like we were building to a goal. Just passing it and killing time. Once CP realized we weren't really going anywhere, they picked their game up.

Weird seeing Jota so timid, but he's got an excuse anyway. We really need Darwin and Diaz...

Feels like a draw to me; 0-0 or 1-1 but I can't see us getting 2.

Trent had two arguments with Matip/ VVD in the first five minutes, they should have scored a couple in that half.

From the very first minute Trent was fuming at everything, showing a terrible attitude. Not surprising he’s making mistakes, but there seems to be something much deeper going on. Not sure what, but I hope he’s ok.

Trent and Salah's passes so lazy. Zero concentration from either of them in good positions. Consistently awful decision making. We obviously need subs but you can see 4 or 5 that need hooking right now.

Lack of movement, simple defensive errors and lack of confidence on the ball pretty much sums up our season so far.

Those lazy flicks and passes that certain players have been doing is starting to do my head in! If they would just take a half second to think about where to pass it you can see that we could be in for a shot on goal or at least an attacking opportunity of some sort.

Thought we started ok, considering Tuesday, but like Tuesday we faded. Not as dramatically as Tuesday but Palace finished that half in charge. Do the right things at half time still 3 points to play for here, we’re making them look better than they are
