There were around 100. Hall map went live just before sale.

Ahh okay fair enough

I always thought it'd drop to 2 and sell out on that based off the allocations

Wonder if the club with box them off if it’s only 100, can’t see them taking it out of the hospos allocation tho got to keep them happy

. 3 wasn’t guaranteed anyway so surely a few would miss out anyway. Yeah I worked out the hallmap it was like for around 20 mins before but it wouldn’t let u basket until the sale started.
40 mins into the sale around 150-200 tickets got dropped  from a basket aswel they were on the site for atleast 20mins aswel

i think there was always going to be a 2 sale of some description - by that i mean very very few tickets.  i was in the two and they just went straight away, i managed to get one at half nine the next morning despite refreshing for most of the day and even when i went for a piss at 2am i had a look.  its a shame cos the lad i go with i didn't manage to get him one, so im going on me jack, but then a 1 sale happens, its a bit galling.
Sir, the cash monies?

Just realised I bought my ticket for Rangers away and clicked on Collection. My son is attending and I have just thought if he has to pick up the ticket from Ticket Office he won’t have my Debit Card which I used for Payment as I am working away and have the Debit Card with me.

Is there a solution? Can you pick up without the payment card. Surely the club shouldn’t expect you to give your credit card to the person attending so they can pick up a ticket which is in their name and requires their ID?

Seems to be mixed messages on their collection info. One place says need payment card, another place does not mention it. It has never been required for collection before. Will be a bit of a pain for me, as I paid for mine and my mates on 3 different transactions. If any get pulled they will need my card.

Where does it say they are doing a ballot or something today to see who has to collect in Glasgow or use NFC?

They won't listen.

Someone on here actually offered to meet the club when he knew all the loopholes and they refused to meet or listen as the ticket office are involved in this for their own mates.

Someone even wrote a study on it - http://stuffstedoes.com/portfolio/tickets-liverpoolfc-com-improving-the-ux/

RE this study... I saw someone on twitter was going down a similar route with some screenshots about ways to improve the user experience.

I'm currently doing an MBA and need to come up with a research topic and eventually a dissertation/project and I'm thinking there might be enough meat in researching and suggesting improvements for the whole user experience and current processes/policies within the whole ticket process.

Anyone think that'd be a good idea?

Will be easy enough to collect data in terms of user feedback through surveys on here, FB and twitter fan pages but thinking data from the club would be much more difficult.

Yeah. Says less than 10 people bought on 1 credit due to people holding them. They are reviewing the process and any returns will go back on sale to those on 2 credits.

But there were 25 tickets?

Mind pasting the email?

You are one of a very small number of supporters who have credits and may have tried to purchase a ticket for this game which has now sold out.

We are aware of a few queries from supporters who felt they were unable to purchase a ticket before the sales criteria dropped who recorded one or more UEFA Champions League away games.

The ticket selling system is receiving an increasing number of people trying to hold tickets between sales and, although these are cleared down regularly, a small number of people still managed to get through the system to purchase tickets.

The sale to those with two credits was non guaranteed. There were a few people, less than 10, with one credit who managed to purchase a ticket in the sale.

We are reviewing the process to avoid this happening in future sales.

We would like to reassure you any returned tickets will go back on sale for those supporters with two credits until they sell out.

NFC trial here as well. Seems like a lot of us here have that!

So we don't have to go and collect anything, we just have to scan our pass at the ground?

NFC post the ticket out. You get separate email with NFC pass that you must scan at the ground, assume inside the stand

Would love to know where the rest of the tickets went if they're saying less than 10
