1. We vote based on players based on their performance at the team they were picked for. (Most players are following this rule so far)

2. The people with Cheezy picks (there are only a 3 or so) can change the team of the player, re-pick or leave it as is.

Me too. We should have just stuck with the original idea which was as simple as you'd want i.e. an all time Premier League draft, it's just gotten too complicated now. This is why I hate drafting in large groups. Everybody has their own little opinions and it all gets homogenised, and you lose the whole edge of it.
