An LFC legend is born....all hail Konstantinos Rubble
They have life in them, they have humour, they're arrogant, they're cocky and they're proud. And that's what I want my team to be.

That was one of the the best team celebrations I've seen. It was like a murmuration when he scored.

Barney has said that when he scored he didn't know how to celebrate so just jumped up in the air when he ran away from the goal  ;D

I feel like he's still running around somewhere, even now 22hrs later.  ;D
I’ve plenty links to the clubs playing and backroom staff as many on here know thank you very much. Fair enough, I admire your optimism. But you’re absolute ostriches if you think this squad, even with 2 or 3 new, “cut price” players with potential get us anywhere close

Bump. His thread deserves to be In top 10 for a good while!

Strangely the only penno of ours yesterday that I just knew would hit the back of the net.

There was just no way he was missing that. :)

Am with you there Pete. Knew we were sound when it was our mad left back.

Also, only just realised watching the shootout back tonight but his pen was identical to the one that kicked it off from their left back Alonso. Started and finished the same way.

I can see why he prefers to be known as the "Scouse Greek" rather than the "Greek Scouser".
The former emphasises that he is a Greek with Scouse flavour, whereas the latter is the opposite.

He's a great LB. He'd easily be first choice in a lot of other teams. Ours too, if Robbo wasn't in such great form.

The Barney Rubble who also scored the winner against Real in 1981?

Could be an omen.

It would be good to win in 90 minutes though.
