Young Jesse, bright career ahead of him. Only Janusai (sp?) was better at United.

Which is more likely?
a) he touches the ball
b) he doesnt touch the ball, and you are the only person among the zillion views to notice

Why so aggressive?

He tore up La Liga with 12 goals in nearly 140 appearances, and he's now on loan in Turkey.

Chelsea going for Caicedo and Ugarte.  Selling Mount and Kovacic to help fund some of it.  I know it's hard to praise anything they've done recently but that seems like decent business if they get it done.
What exactly is the plan, though? Chelsea doesn’t score goals and Urgate and Caicedo smacks of another Harvetz and Werner, and before then Salah, just so that Liverpool and another rival doesn’t get them.

I happened to look him up recently among a bunch of name prospects I’d forgotten all about - he’s 28 and he’s scored 33 career goals, and he’s done way more than a lot of others.  It’s remarkable how little some of them end up producing.

Yeah because if their hit rate was incredible then they would challenge for more. Also they have a lot of 3rd party footballer ownership so they probably dont see a chunk of that cash.

They don't have the commerical finance doping that PL teams have. They only get a small fraction of the broadcasting money compared.

As a league they get less than the MLS and only slightly more than the Football Leagues three leagues
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_domestic_football_league_broadcast_deals_by_country

The bigger teams have their own pay per view (which FSG want for us) but even those aren't very lucrative - and it's turning into a single central broadcasting fee in a few years anyway.

Wish they'd just buy Haaland now ffs. Havertz would be very funny but I think rumours of Kane could drag on all summer.

Obviously off for the money but I suspected he'd stay as Madrid's number 9 until there was a significant drop off numbers wise. Not a good man by any means but his last few years he's been outstanding for them. Still grates me that his only Champions League final goal was that complete fluke in Kiev.

Kane will go to Manchester United because he wants the PL scoring record.

Kane only cares about his own records, but winning stuff is second.
