I love how their comeback is always 26,000 in Division 2

Norwich averaged 29,000+ in the same division. Might have averaged more but for hitting capacity.

I  remember them being really good under Howard Kendall in the 90s, but then he fucked them over to go back to Everton.

City were on TV the week after he left them and there was a banner saying Kendall Robbed Mavis and Derek.

Another Corrie reference there. :D

That's about the time I stopped watching Corrie, thank goodness! ;D

Let’s face it, it was pretty shabby that they ended up in Div 2. They went from being a great young side that battered Man U with the likes of Bishop in there, to being shite - all down to bad management at the top. They were the epitome of the sleeping giant. They were a big club, rather like Sheffield Wed were, indeed like Leeds are, and their fans stuck with them. If they go out of Europe I can see them getting 26,000 at the Emptihad for a league game before the end of the season.

Isn't that roughly how many they get attending their "sold out" games already this season.  ;D

  • The fight will not be attaining dreams.
They would not demote any of the other big 6, but City don't really have that much support. There is the possibility the league could have a spine.

They won't though because this whole debate is bigger than City, it's about the owners and the power their wealth grants.

They are that nuts that if they were 22 pts clear they would accuse us of manufacturing the coronavirus to stop them winning the league.

Just had a peek, it's beyond belief how much we have broken them, they are obsessed with everything Liverpool. I love rubbing it in on here mainly as it means so much to them but generally I don't care about them, if it's between them and United for a league it's them everytime, yet they are truly demented with us. Everything and anything that goes our way is rigged, it would be hilarious if it wasn't so scary how sad it is. Almost feel sorry for them carrying that much hatred and obsession around.

Think the funniest comment I saw was how they would rather lose to Real if it meant we lost the CL final, I mean if that doesn't show you you've gone too far nothing will. I bet some watch more of our games than their own and that wouldn't be too far of a stretch going on their empty ground. All very sobering at how football can turn into something very rotten rather than what it is meant for.

Dodgy as fuck you cant legislate for a keeper maybe making a fuck up in a game, but that’s two goals were he hasn’t attempted to stop them the first one for me is actual worse he knew what he was doing, someone posted a few pages back about opposition having money on the scousers going unbeaten might explain a few things possibly..

So now, 'keepers are deliberately letting shots past them because they've bet on us to go unbeaten. Fucking hell  :lmao :lmao :lmao

They let in a few howlers on purpose and also pull off one or two stunning saves, just so it doesn't look suspect.

It's quite the feat. I remember thinking in the run in last year, they have to drop points. They just have to.

I never resorted to "oh well the whole league is set up so they can win".

Of course Kasper Schmeichel let in Kompanys goal. I mean his dad played for United and City.

When the Leicester lad who used to play for them missed that city I did wonder.... But they've been at it all season.

A celebration of what exactly? A shirt hardly anyone will want to pay for, to celebrate a team that hardly anyone pays to see?

The fucking chance that c*nt Iehancho or whatever his name is missed in the last few minutes of their game against Leicester, then he was laughing and smiling with them all right after the whistle, would have won us the league that, it was harder to miss
