He's wasted money on Anthony. Sancho & Rashford according to their support is a great attacking force. Bizarre.

To be fair, he seems competent enough but it's not a huge surprise you do better when you have an able manager and spend and spend and spend until you get it 'right' as opposed to having a incompetent hobgoblin in charge.

How does Fernandes:

A ) not get two bookings for dissent and or simulation every game
B ) con the ref with play acting every game. It must be genuinely a foul 1 in 10 times he goes down roaring in pain. He gets 7/8 of them

They've spent almost a billion (net) since they last won a trophy. It would be funny to see the press lauding a potential League Cup win. Last season, they said that we were celebrating failure because we "only" won the FA cup and the league cup.

Who seems competent? Rashford? For him this season is an anomaly in my opinion and they haven't had another goal scorer in double figures I think. Awful.

Always good to them waste money. Apparently it will be akin to Mourinho and starting at League Cup isn't a bad thing.

"The worthless cup" and "thursday nights" seem to have become amazing this season. What a difference, we got told winning the league cup and fa cup was failure last season. Then again, it's the same lot who have said City's success is meaningless as they're state owned and now most of them are begging for the same (fair play to the few that don't want it)

The praise I keep seeing for this little horse faced twat. Has he been as good as they say? Or has he just recovered well from the twatting he got at Brentford?

Imagine thinking Rashford is missing the final.  He'll be fine.  There isn't a game I've seen with Utd where he hasn't been curled up in a ball with his arm in the air only to be up on his feet and playing like nothing happened a minute later.

What a surprising turn of events as Rashford starts.
Sit down, shock is better taken with bent knees.

Yep, have to laugh at the "handled it well" stuff, he was letting him rip the absolute piss out of the club with leaving early, refusing to come on as sub and still after all that played him and made him captain, he was weak as fuck and got lucky the interview finished things.

Apparantly all our league cup wins were shite and a travesty of a mockery of a sham, but now they are awesome.
