It's all nonsense of course but I'm intrigued by the 'confused the defender' part. There was no close to him.

basically, that Antony thing is just hilarious, like proper belly laugh hilarious cos it looks so ridiculous. So in that sense, maybe it is entertaining. It isn’t entertaining because it looks impressive, it doesn’t even look vaguely clever, hard or impressive, it just looks really really funny.

Antony's spin and pass was brilliant. He was in full control of the ball, confused the defender and played a defence-splitting pass that was slightly over hit. It was exciting, different and fun. He is a young, exuberant natural talent that should be cherished. #MUFC

5/10 is poorer than I expected.  Certainly much poorer than I’d expect for a player who cost such a large amount.

I'd say there's been some good enough signs to not write him off as a flop or future flop. Then again there haven't been many signs of someone worth the huge fee. I do like this manager a lot and think he's best appointment Utd have made since Fergie left so I'll trust him to get the best out of this guy, but I think his top level might not be worth that fee.

I think above any game he will be remembered for that crazy 3-0 win at OT in Van Gaal's first season. XG wasn't a thing back then but I'd love to see the numbers for it cause as I remember it Liverpool battered our goal but couldn't get past De Gea while United scored with their only 3 attacks of the game.

I remember that, struggling at the time but thought we played really well but got beat 3-0, wasn't helped that we had Sterling up front and some poor defending.
