I saw a few Utd fans say that they love the green and gold away shirt.

I think it's fucking funny that gren and gold was the colours they used to protest their ownership, and now it's being used to sell them shit to make the owners money.

Absolutely hilare

Wouldn’t say that’s green and gold, don’t know why they don’t do the one like that from the mid 90s which would probably sell quite well and looks all right

Doesn’t mention in the article, but surely they will have to be used in the seated format only, given safe standing trials can’t be allocated by local councils.

Good news. Needs some high-profile support and uptake to slowly change the general perception and position on this. It can be a contentious issue but done properly I think it's a positive development for the fans

Bless em.  The only player they’ve signed in about 80 million years who’s not turned out to be utter shite the second he pulled on their shirt and the BBC go and put him in their team of the season. 5 games he’s played. 5.

BBC Salford have to put in a United player don't they.

Did they put Pogba in their team last year lol.

One the one hand, Soyuncu getting in ahead of the guy he replaced is hilarious.

On the other, we ran through him with minimal effort at their place

And rightly so! I know which one I'd prefer of the two on my team.

I'm guessing the Manc fans had a big push on to get Fernandes in the team of the season, quite sweet really.

nah this season he’s not in a team of the season contender, likes of aguero, vardy and aubameyang will be ahead based on the goals (plus Firmino hasn’t scored at anfield in the league for ages which doesn’t help)

The most unpleasant symptom of lockdown that I’ve noticed is lots of virginal United fans taking to Twitter and telling folk how all their players are the best in the league.

Hopefully we find a vaccine for this outbreak pretty soon.

He said to believe in their new manager - the chosen one, Moysey.

There is already a vaccine for this rather common illness. I believe it's called Reality, and it will be rolled out for the masses once the football season resumes.
