Klopp says Adrian was frozen (almost like Mel Gibson in Forever Young) but then why didn't Klopp ask him to warm up with the other players on the sidelines? This should be normal. You can't ask the reserve GK to warmup when you think your keeper will get a red card, it could happen any time. The reserve keeper should be running out there every time the other kids go out. If a keeper is sitting on the bench all season and gets at best a month of action, for the other months he should be earning his money by at least getting warm and running around just in case.

What a game what a day this will be for him, another one for the scrap book.

He's been solid when called upon and I'm confident that he will show us once more that we have nothing to worry about with him between the sticks.

I love his confidence. When he came in, the first message he wanted to pass around was "I got this, no worries". And he woul;d have have it not been for that kunt Atkinson

Such a likeable chap, and the way he settled straight in was brilliant - made a potential early-season bananaskin seem nothing more than the slightest of hiccups.

Canny signing.

Wonderful first half from Adrian, just what the Baby Reds needed.

2nd half, he could have got the deck-chair out  ;D

They weren't, obviously.

Was the saving grace for us today. Made 3 crucial stops. Had a couple of unsteady corners but was otherwise brilliant. We stepped it up in the 2nd half and he had hardly anything to do.

In many ways symbolises the progress under Klopp. Second choice keeper miles better than our first choices since Pepe.

Incredible signing on a free, has been ace.

He's not come in to just make up the numbers.  His contribution to our season has been critical.  Whatever we might pick up at the end of the season he'll have earned his stripes and then some.
