I don’t get how some on here tend to have low waiting numbers consistently and others are always huge. Completely conspiracy theory talk, but I refuse to believe this is completely random…

I’ve NEVER had a queue of less than 1,000 for a bulk sale since they started. Tried on every device imaginable, it has to be linked to my ip address

Deffo, touts still in with a million memberships, bots will deffo be able to get around the block. Just fucks up normal ppl. There is a difference between a bot refreshing every 0.1 second compared to an average jo spending 15 minutes having a look.

Queue is not even moving now. The 20 minute limit basically doesn’t work properly as it resets once you buy rather than being 20 min access to the site.

Grim that - I had it with Newcastle away earlier this year

Might be a bit late now, but if you grab pictures etc at the time blocked when on the order page/url they should sort you out on live chat/email

A few had issues for Prague away with payment cards and they got sorted after providing pics etc

Bought tickets from position 2190. At first there seemed to be no availability, but then availability appeared all over the place and I got a season ticket holder's ticket in the Sir Kenny stand.

Might they have released them just as I got to the head of the queue or something?

No, likely people having them in there baskets for whatever reason. The club have timed them out and they’ve been released
