Last I heard 3 weeks ago, 2 people were working in the ticket office itself and the rest remotely. As a result, no new cards were being sent out.
A friend of mine hadn't received his membership card last year (first year with a light membership), then few weeks ago, after the auto renewal, he emailed the costumers services to ask for a new one. They told him they were about to post him a new one, but earlier this week he's got another email saying thay won't issue any new membership or st card this season.The same day, another mate received a new card - identical to the one he's already got - with the full membership package..what a joke

Thats really weird, on my chromebook it takes me to reset password but on the work laptop it takes me to login screen.Thanks, managed to login and check everything is ok.
Found similar. Also found that the 'checkout' button doesn't appear on firefox for me but appears fine on Chrome.
Yep that link only connects to the login screen in incognito mode on mine. On normal Chrome it just goes to reset password screenBut on my work laptop it does the opposite.Bodes well doesnt it

I can see the arguments for and against. As long as the criteria doesn't drop to something stupid like 10+ then it shouldn't really matter.

If someone was on 15 and had those games take off their history and then get fucked into a free for all, after being in the guaranteed sale for a few years, then it's a shitty move. As above, as long as those that would have been guaranteed in the bulk sales for this season aren't fucked over, it doesn't really matter.
Why would they get fucked into a free for all? If you've got 15 out of 15 that's the same a having 19 out of 19 and the credits required would be adjusted to suit. No one will be on 19 credits as no one has attended 19 games.
I think he means that he purchased the games, that would then have put him on 15, but because they are cancelled, that now takes him below 13. So if they keep the criteria as 13+ then he'll be thrown into the free for all when he would have been guaranteed should covid not have happened.I imagine that 13+ will be reduced to something like 11 without the cancelled games included to make it fair

Mine doesnt go that far back but I've heard the same elsewhere...Might find cup aways with low allocations tricky to prioritize if thats the case! Maybe have a rolling 5 year window to keep things a little more open

But like the jet engine, there's sadly very little this country does better than having the raw materials to do something truly amazing that would benefit the whole of society only to piss it away due to a total lack of long term thinking and/or suspicion of anything European.
