That might be impossible depending on the numbers. There is supposed to be 5,000 tickets left after those guaranteed.
thereís not going to be thousands on 9-12, thatís just the facts of it, everyone on 9-12 couldíve got to 13 and wouldíve been accommodated fine if the season went as planned

There was going to very,  very,  very few returns for Palace, Villa, Burnley and Chelsea

A lot, most infact, of those on 9 and 10 wouldnt have got to 13. Not many on 11-12 either.

sure but Burnley was probably going to be easy enough, also someone whoís sorted in 12/15 late sales, probably going to get 1/4 by law of averages, anyway if the season is canned and the guaranteed is 13 then I think Iíll move home

why does it have to be 9? 12 or 11 or even 10 would be totally fair and it wouldnít take tickets anyone from anyone else. Keeping the number 13 out of 15 or 13 out of 19 games when 4 games didnít happen is just absurd. 13 of 19 is the same % as 10 out of 15

Because you said people who can get to 13 credits with 4 games remaining should be covered??? 13-4 is 9.

Won't happen mate the numbers aren't possible so many have made the jump already this season to over 13

I can see the frustration people will have, but if 4900 have 13, and 5500 have 12 then it will have to stay at 13 based on the clubs 5k + 5k rule

you think 600 have 12? Anyway 5k- the supposed 20% taken out by the fan update should mean 4k, has there really been an extra 1k reached 13 so far? If I reached 13 normally Iíd be allowed so I donít see an issue. Club canít leave people behind

The club will have a figure of however many thousand seats will be available in the guaranteed sale.

They will have numbers of how many people are on 'x' amount of credits. Then they can put a % figure on the amount people they anticipate buying in the bulks (likely high) on 'x' amount of credits.

Then you can work out how many credits to have the bulks for. Very simple really.

Anyway, the club has put some hospo up for palace, burnley and villa, if you need 1 of those games to make it to 13 then I'd buy one

They hiked the prices up because people were paying touts this for standard tickets so they knew they'd sell them

Might be worth the £400 sacrifice for some one of the offisite packages if it gets to the magic 13

If people have been hammering the late sales, using the local sales, and buying hospitality to help reach the 13 mark, then surely there's going to be a fair few more on 13+ than last season?

Depends how sour the departure from Advanced Ticketing was

If the contract runs till like June, and the club have been arses then Advanced ticketing could say give us an absurd amount of money to keep your site going for an extra month

The 5k + 5k rule hasnít been used since the first few seasons.
If you look at the bulk sales nowadays Iíd say at least 70 if not 80% of the tickets are sold in the first sale. Iíve been saying it for years the criteria for the first sale should rather go in order to get closer to the 50/50 they started with.

Not fair for people on 16-19 for years to miss out on kop tickets in guaranteed sale to someone that got 9-12 credits last season.
They should stagger the sales in order to reward loyalty.. but as they know the tickets will sell out anyway they just donít care.

The club said that was a typo and should be 7000 attempts.

They have maintained at every forum the number on 15+ is circa 5k.

Doesn;t mean its correct of course

I missed that bit!

I've always seen 5k as the number, but there was about 1k left in the 4+ sale and then the restricted view seats got released too

I know the club holds back a few rows in annie road, and chunks in main stand upper - maybe the include them

If the Chelsea game was to drop, it be very tempted although I do wonder if theyíll have to change the fixture order due to the postponed fixtures etc

We could be lifting the trophy at any one of those fixtures

Well I said 9-12 matches as the club might lower the criteria next season.
I know a fair few regulars that attend more or less every match at Anfield for the past 10 years that missed out on kop tickets and had to settle for U1 & U9 in the last bulk sale.

Might not miss out to anyone with 9-12, but still very very difficult to get Kop tickets even if youíve got 19.

Me and my mate both on 19 for years (well, before this season when weíve dropped to 17) and have managed to get the grand total of 1 Kop game in the last two seasons.

There's also someone out there that has had 19 for years but never managed to get any on the Kop until this season. Everyone obviously wants the Kop, but that's simply not possible.

This is clearly true. Last 3 seasons I have had the same thing happen.
July sales I can only get Main Stand and then Nov sales always manage to get all Kop tickets around 304/305.
The difference in price is incredible, but for me, I prefer to be in the Kop to sing and stand, rather than due to the cost
