No what's it say
Firstly, please allow me to apologise for the delay in coming back to you, your patience is greatly appreciated.
As you know, following the global Covid-19 pandemic we were forced to make some difficult decisions as we negotiated the safe and secure return of supporters to Anfield.
A number of fans were impacted by those difficult but necessary decisions, including yourself. I am pleased to be able to officially update you with positive news moving forward.
The development of the new ambitious Anfield Road stand allows us greater flexibility to look again at the decisions we were previously forced to make, as a result of the Covid outbreak.
We are still finalising our sales structure for the 2023/24 season, but I wanted to write to you personally to confirm that we will commit to returning you to the minimum qualifying criteria, to ensure you are guaranteed to be able to purchase tickets during the Members Ticket Sales for Premier League home games next season.
You will be required to complete the club’s Fan Update process by 1 June 2023, if you haven’t already done so.
LFC launched Fan Update – the club’s fan identification scheme - in 2019 as part of the club’s ongoing commitment to make Anfield more secure for fans by knowing who is in the stadium. It also comes as part of the club’s dedicated strategy to make the process of buying tickets as fair as possible. The scheme ensures that all supporter accounts are registered in the correct name of the account holder, with just one account registered per supporter.
Click here to complete the process or visit our Fan Update FAQ hub for further details.
I would like to thank you once again for your patience and continued support.
