We really need a quality back up for Fabinho, it makes such a difference when he is playing. It’s quite clear from the last few games that Hendo does not have the legs to play in the defensive midfielder position anymore. Our defense has been very uncomfortable when Fab is not playing.

He's in the conversation for being the one player you'd want to be fit and available for every single game. Hendo does a decent job in that role but he's much, much easier to run past, which can be a pretty fatal flaw for the way we play.

That was peak Fabinho!!! The control, the composure, the anticipation, the aggression and the playmaking all combined. At one point we looked outnumbered on a counter and a bit disjoined and he just diffused the whole situation with one challenge
