Wait, I am confused. In Spurs logic, is a 2-1 loss actually a draw?

Allegri is so fucking good. Playing like dogshit, need 2 goals and have only defenders and midfielders on the bench and he still gets the better of Pochettino. He deserves to be mentioned in the same breath as the likes of Guardiola, Klopp, Zidane etc.

Really ?! He set them up comeptley wrong for this match they were lucky to still be in the tie

Spuds fans already leaving... they, as a fanbase don't have what it takes to win.

Ridiculous to see that.

after our 2 games against spurs, and having watched those 2 legs, i think i'd rather face juve than them. mane, salah and firmino could get a lot of joy from their defence
I would honestly let Wijnaldum jizz in my face right now

Why are they crying? Did they actually think they were going to win the thing?

This is the champions league, form is temporary and class is permanent. Which is why clubs like a Juve, Real and us can rise to the occasion under the lights

Got them to 2 Champions League finals in 3 years and when he made a mistake he rectified it and beat a team everybody thought would take some stopping. He's fantastic.

How immense was Chiellini. Spurs have a great attack but they were reduced to dust by him. Incredible what having to come against such an absolute top draw defender could do to you. Lesson.

Douglas Costa is the dog's bollocks as well. The Brazilian coach must play him in the World Cup, but I'm sure he'll be playing Paulinho and a couple of other obscure no names from the Brazilian league.

So happy that Kane header didn't go in

He was miles offside. That linesman literally gave them every single decision tonight.

This is the kind of win that could lead Juve to winning the whole competition. They were outclassed for like 80% of the tie over two legs and still found a way to go through.

I’d fucking love them in the 1/4s
If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.

Realistically Juventus were on top for 13 minutes across the tie - but they smashed 4 goals in that time.

Thought he might go for 3-4-3 but he went 4-4-2 which was still fucking gutsy and the mark of a good manager is one who makes decisions like that. It rebalanced the team. Pottechino had no reaction to it, the plan B (an expression I hate) was lumping it to two tall forwards. And it nearly worked except for Juve getting lucky, according to Hoddle, even though Kane was offside.

Could've cashed out for £1 at one point there tonight  ;D

They have been though. Two quick goals doesn't change how poor they have been previous. Spurs could of ended the game in the first half.
