Guessing this will be one ticket per member? Would love to pick one up for a mate, but we're already in the ACS.

Just tell them he will arrive just a few minutes before KO due to work?

Usually just the lead name that needs ID - they put all the tickets n an envelope together

But our club is consistently inconsistent!

It’s different for paper tickets in the fa cup all tickets go to the address of the ticket holder. I bought three in the auto cup but each ticket has gone to the ticket holders address. For league aways I always buy all tickets and they all come in one envelope to my address.

I'd happily take Forest or Coventry too. Been to Leeds loads and would rather go somewhere new. Other "new" grounds 'd be happy with - Bury, Port Vale, Barnsley, York.... though not even sure who is still in now, never mind by Mon :)

The real scandal of last night is the 3500 empty seats, mainly in the hospitality areas, on what was supposed to be a sold-out game.  I know several people who were desperate for a ticket and couldn't get one.

There were spaces near me on the Kop too - 2 ST seats been empty for 3-4 games now! Maddening. Guy next to them could have brought his kids  :-\

We are Ball No. 4 on Monday. Lower than usual!

We're number 4 because Liverpool v Everton was the 4th tie out of the hat in the 3rd round draw. There is no normal, bar the 3rd round when the top 2 divisions are 1-44 in alphabetical order.

OK. I always think we need to look out for 22 or something like that! But yes, I am thinking of the 3rd round. But we have been late out in recent seasons so our number would have been higher....

It's weird, isn't it ? The capacity of the stadium is supposed to be 54,074 yet the highest attendance of the sixteen first-team home matches this season was 53,568 for the opening league match (Crystal Palace). And even then there is an anomaly because the 53,568 is what is printed in Liverpool's home programmes but other sources give it as only 53,138.

Sorry typo there.  Meant 1500 empty seats.  It's not 3500 buts it's still a hell of a lot of people who could have gone if there were opportunities for standby tix on the gate when a seat is unsold and the holder has not flagged online that they are running late.  Would be easy to have such systems if there were a will to do so.  Club doesn't seem interested and would rather have empty seats.

Can't comment on the hospitality ones other than I'm not surprised but any in the Kop were not likely empty - likely they moved to be near mate.

Nothing to do with the club not wanting to do it, they looked at this but the health and safety brigade didn’t like it as you may have 10’s of thousands of people turn up on the off chance of getting in; the police wouldn’t want that.  Rightly or wrongly that won’t happen.

7.7k. The top tier was closed. I can't see them giving more than that even with the ground at 90k
