31' - That goal was a bit sobering - started due to a horrible error from Lovren who have the ball away right in front of the goal area.

They continue to push hard, nothing to lose - pride is gone already - they remain very dangerous.

33' - Reds trying to slow the game slightly but hoff having none of it. FK earned via a dummy from Hendo - Mignolet takes his time and it's back in the Hoffenheim third for a throwin to us

34' - Anfield slightly quieter now that the Reds are managing the game better. Mane with a great cut back into a dangerous position. Corner.

35' - For once TAA doesn't clear the first line. The end ball comes back and Firmino's shot is saved by the keeper. Seconds later Mane tries with a shot from 30 yds out but the keeper gathers.

36' - Mane is brought down - bad challenge - the hoff twat is lucky to only get a yellow.

38' - Gnabry beats TAA with a burst of speed and makes his way into the box. Hendo cleverly intercepts but they get a corner which is well cleared. They're back off the 3rds and Mignolet does well with the initial charge and dive and then a recovery grab. Phew

39' - Salah with really intelligent holdup play in the right hand corner. Eventually out for a GK. We're cut open again but Gnabry shoots wide (again)

That was pure sex from Salah - controlled the ball on the middle line, beat his man, linked up, played a one-two, moved the ball out to the left and so nearly got back into a scoring position.
