Another 4 here.

You going straight to Munich or staying in Stuttgart?

Straight onto the 5:12 train to Munich, 2 nights there then 1 night Augsburg.

Hoping Munich will be full of reds by Wednesday night

Sound. We are on the bus that arrives about 40 minutes later. May end up binning it off and jumping on train also.

Flying to Munich from Manc on the Singapore airlines one Wed morning.

Trying to check in and it's stopping one of the lads because his passport runs out in June and it says you need 6 months valid from arrival date. Thought passport just had to be valid for duration of stay in Europe?

Mates phoned them then. They said they 'don't know until the day whether it will work or not'.

Ridiculous

10 of into Nurnberg by Wednesday 6pm. Appears not the most popular of routes for the Redmen judged on these posts so we may have it to ourselves.

Looking for any possible help - my son just landed a job so can't go now - I don't fancy it on my own but really pissed off about loosing the credits after having been to almost every away.

got flights booked stanstead to memmingham Thursday early and back Friday early - would need a name change but can have them for nothing.

is there anyway to authorise someone else to have the tickets at this late stage and also is anyone after any?

As under it even if I do go I can only collect my ticket and not my sons so he would loose the credit anyway?

Any advice or am I stuffed?? Cheers

all sorted and transferred. Cheers

So what I can gather from this rail and fly thing with Singapore Airline...

You needed to have booked an additional bit on your booking to say you were going to use the train, you can't just use it with having bought just a flight....

You landing in Terminal 1 or 2?
Thing is, there's signs for it every 5 yards, it's easy to find if you follow 'em

The station is between the two terminals, mate. Really easy to find and quick to get to. As long as you get through the airport you should be alright.

Called the Singapore airlines office at Manc airport again. Said its just online protection and it'll be sound at the desk thank fuck.

Also for anyone who's wants to make sure 100% that the ticket on someone else's name is under your name for pick up the club are happy to confirm, I've just done it then

Does anyone know if they're transferring credits for people collecting? Seems awfully pointless taking a fancard over there otherwise.

I reckon blag the train, start waiving boarding cards about etc. Worst case scenario end up paying for a ticket on the train. How much are the tickets from munich to augsburg anyway?

you dont need a fancard to collect tickets so those people wont get the credit, the buyer might keep it !

If you are staying in Munich, you can get a Bayern regional ticket. Its valid from 9AM to 3AM the next day. Costs €23 per person. And all additional persons are charged at 5 Euros per head. If you are 5, you will pay 23+5+5+5+5. You can only take the S-Bahn, IRE, RE, RB trains. ICEs and ICs are not included in this option. With the mentioned trains, journey takes about 45 minutes from Munich main station.

There will be an ICE train back to Munich at 23:55. Not every ticket enables you to drive with an ICE. What have you booked?

Train question

I have a flexible ticket form Munich Airport to Munich to Augsburg just noticed though that the Munich airport to Munich leg is bus - if it is flexible do you think i can still jump on the S8 train instead?

The return is all train

Right heading off to Birmingham. Night in Stuttgart then train tomorrow to Augsberg. See some of you boys there.
How much easier it is to be critical than to be correct.
