I too have been impressed by Willian. He looks to be drifting around the field but his range of passing has been impressive. He could easily play as a deeper lying playmaker.
Tardelli has been fairly anonymous. He offers very little aerial threat from the overlapping full backs crosses and is often dropping very deep to get involved, meaning that Brazil lack a presence in the box. Wouldn't surprise if he was hooked at half time, or shortly after.
