Remember they thought all Winter Mogul was their Derby horse, they're obviously very sweet on him and he could just be coming in to his own now. Didn't he cost 3,400,000 as well?
So bloody what? If you watch football to be absolutely miserable then go watch cricket.

Lahore is another horse I follow but he's as high as he's ever been in the weights so probably just be a watching brief today.

Magical looks well backed in the big race 7/2 into 11/4.

Also noticed it’s supposed to start raining in York around 3-4pm and continue until tomorrow so could be quite soft tomorrow

Yep he’s been disappointing until last time out so as you say perhaps just finding his feet but at the prices worth opposing

We're potentially going to see some of the worst flooding since 1961 here in Ireland tonight/tomorrow. As you can imagine that's a lot of rain. Big storm headed our way, if it reaches England racing could be abandoned Thursday?

Wow hadn’t realised there was a storm on the way in Ireland, fingers crossed it’s not too bad for you. After the rain overnight, tomorrow looks sunny but there’s a warning for wind Friday so perhaps the worst isn’t due to hit us.

Delighted for Acclaim the Nation, has run a few decent races this year deserved to get his head in front.

Well Escobarr was disappointing but that was a very nice run from the winner

All good in hindsight but take out his Derby run and he’d have possibly been favourite, much bigger price than he should have been

Ghaiyyath will take some beating again. Decent field mind.

Top class sort. Nice ride too.

None tomorrow mate, but on Thursday there is Tinochio in the 2.15 at York, Dancing Vega in the 4.50 at York, Spright in 6.00 at Chester.

Very sweet on Manuela de Vega but couldn't back it against Love.

Saturday at the Curragh there's a horse going in the 5.45 called Caesar's Comet that is going to absolutely hack up someday. Backed him last time he won, had my fingers burnt the last twice but watch his last race and tell me he's not going to piss a handicap with a clearer run.

Have two others for Saturday as well but wouldn't be as keen on them, would like to see if there's any money about for them first.

If it keeps raining Manuela De Vega might be worth a shot tomorrow at the price

Edit: already being shortened

For me the lucky last... hoping for a good run by Cairn Island (KODIAK) should blitz these but the way trainers other horses ran today does not inspire confidence!    :butt

The ground is also an issue but they seem happy to take the chance so...

Would have thought the ground is fine won on good to soft last time, and Kodiac’s usually prefer some give

Yeah I guess main concern is the trainers horses aren;t firing today. Maybe there is something wrong with them.

I hope the jockey doesn't mess about I want to see a  positive ride!

Who knows, most races today were fairly wide open, sometimes you think you’ve found an angle or something worth getting involved with but it doesn’t always turn out the way you’d like, I probably shouldn’t have got involved today

It seems it’s good to soft, good in places at York today. Was expecting it to be softer.

My 3 for today.
2.45 Top Rank
3.45 Gold Wand
4.20 Mark of the Man

What’s everyone else got? Flash you doing any of those you mentioned from your tracker?

1.45 Noorban
3.45 Albaflora
4.50 Dancing Vega

If Love doesn't win there's something wrong. Manuela De Vega is 21lb wrong at the weights, everything else has got at least 8 pound to find. Suppose the only tiny thing you could say is she's been beaten a couple of times on ground with a bit of give but it's just trying to find fault in her.

I think the others needed more rain, especially Manuela De Vega. Hoping Love shows herself to be as good as she’s looked so far this season again.
Think Flash mentioned Dancing Vega the other day as well. Good luck with those at least you haven’t got any of my cursed selections today!

Tinochio and Dancing Vega for me duvva yeah.

Tinnochio seems well fancied as well was 10/ Tuesday as short as 6/1 now with Bet365.

If either of those two win I'll have a punt on Spright then at Chester in the 6.00

6/4 at the moment so quite skinny.

Best of luck with yer selections lads. Should be a good day's racing.

Was just looking at Miss Amulet in the first that you mentioned, looks like there’s been some money for her also. Two tough races to kick things off today. Good luck with your bets and hope the storm wasn’t too bad last night?

Backed quite a few outsiders (including against Love)... tenner here, tenner there

Not confident on putting them up though. Probably won't work out

Otherwise struggling

Like Prompting for O'Meara/Tudhope in the 14:45. Probably the shortest horse i've backed!

I'd like to see a proper gamble on Miss Amulet to get involved. Always reassuring when we send one over and it's punted heavily i.e Steel Bull at Goodwood.

Storm wasn't too bad where I am thankfully, a few neighbouring counties had some shocking flooding though. Think the worst of it has gone now just very windy at the moment.

Not sure you’d call it a proper gamble yet but Miss Amulet is 10/1 from 14/1. There does seem to have been a lot for Fahey’s horse, almost halved in price from last night

It was 8/1 when they first priced it up (Miss Amulet) may have a small e/w bet cause ill be sick if it wins without backing it

I did mate and to be honest it was just our conversations that pushed me to invest  ;D

Frenetic is the horse Miss Amulet beat last time out. Also one to keep on your side with it being the Ger Lyons Colin Keane team. Always a skinny price though.
