I'll have to create The Trezeguet-rule:

"If the draft host never made his rules clear to all participants, the participant who was aggrieved, is awarded David Trezeguet as a wildcard pick."

Does anyone else feel agrieved by my ignorance?

No problem with him having Trezeguet. Trezeguet has no business in a draft of this quality anyway.

As a response, I the ATA (Anti-Trezeguet association) which fights for equality in drafts and justice for aggrieved drafters. Stemming from the Trezeguet scandal, where the drafter known as Samie managed to get Trezeguet, in one of the jammiest deals known to drafting.
I would honestly let Wijnaldum jizz in my face right now

I'll make my pick in 5 minutes anyway, before I'm out.

Yeah it's a good one, so many options and each choice changes everything.

Very fine balancing act between picking the best players now and saving categories for later on/for the steal picks. You want some of the easier categories available for the steals but your team also needs to be good enough to make it that far. I was thinking that the +50 caps rule would be a good one to save - the players we pick in the last round won't have that many whereas a number of greats will be available after the group stages. Still went and blew mine on Cafu  ;D

The red card rule is a surprisingly tricky one. Glad to have used mine as the only options I found were cases where two players had played alongside each other for a number of years and even then it isn't a given. It seems that great players don't get sent off that often  :o

When AWWYC wins this, I get partial winning credits right?
If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.

XXXXXXX
XXXXXXX     ----     Nesta  --- Cannavaro     ----  XXXXXX
Mascherano
Fabregas   -------- Nedved
Maradona -- Zico
Kempes

Fabregas pick, while a great player, was a good one purely for the fact it opened up so many rules for me to go with for my next pick.

My entire shortlist has been destroyed  :'(

I'm currently stranded in South America in an era before yellow cards and national league titles were possible.
