Penaranda deserved subbing for having a shot from a ridiculous position about 5 minutes ago.

That's his style of play, it's good to see him playing with confidence he's struggled a few times off the bench for Malaga last season as a lone targetman but he's got alot of quality.

Him and Isaac Success playing off Troy Deeney could be extremely fun and fruitful if their new manager can get the three working well.

In the 3rd Place Playoff earlier today, Uruguay vs Italy finished 0-0, Italy won 4-1 on penalties - the game used the ABBA system of taking of penalties... (insert musical joke here ;))

I've watched the whole tournament and he really looks a good player.

Kenny has also been outstanding as has Cook although neither have been great today.

Danny Mill doesnt half talk some absolute shite!

Eurosport coverage is where it's at mate - far superior commentary by knowledgeable people in and around the game at youth level.

A Danny Mills free zone ;)

Seems FIFA have tried to come up with some ideas that'll change the game - probably to deflect away from their continued corruption and ineptitude - unfortunately many of these ideas (like enlarging World Cups to 32 teams so some 3rd place teams in Group Stages qualify - so that fewer 'big' nations will fail to qualify, whilst ensuring votes and power from the extra qualifying countries) - and this ABBA penalty system are absolutely shite.

They actually get very well paid (and more in brown envelopes) for this shite.

Rant over - back to the game ;)
