Hoping the crowd is buzzing again today after two good wins and two great atmospheres in the last two games. Would love a win today and it's defo possible with the form we are in. Our lads deserve a good atmosphere. I think we have the team to push on up the league in the last ten games but they need the crowds help too!!!

Yeah, that's right. Lets put the shackles on one of the best attacking fullbacks whilst jumping on the old 'Glen Johnson can't defend" bandwagon.

Unless  Johnson scores the winner, i can assure you he will not decide the game.  ::)
who the hell said Glen Johnson can't defend. I'm saying he should only defend.
Keep bale in his pocket all along. How bale performs today will go a long way to decide the outcome of the match.
Bale playing on Glen's side means he has to have him. Even if he plays in the center Glen has to be on him.

It won't be Jamie's fault if bale out does him. Though in the center Lucas will help out, he can't be expected to catch bale.

I'd say keep the ball but that just isn't realistic. One or two chances might be all they need.

And I think Glen keeping Bale quite will make him much more confident of his defensive abilities which in turn strengthens the defense. I'd take that over Glen scoring today.
Waiting for Gerrard is like waiting for Goku.
Only a few moments remaining until Goku arrives.
Next week:

Goku is almost there, can he stop the ginyu force?
Next week:

Goku is about to arrive, is he up to the challenge?

Let Bale have his goal or 2 even, cos we'll score 3 or 4 today.

3-1 / 4-2  to the reds. Our attack can be rampant and unstoppable in full flow, reckon it'll be too much for Spurs today.

(Bit of luck would be nice today as well, we deserve it against these)

We need to start with a high tempo and hope tiredness kicks in for Spurs 2nd half. Get them chasing the ball. Easy innit?

This is going to be a good match. Two one-man teams (::)) facing each other. I'd be slightly concerned about how Allen and Lucas can have those days where they give quite a few niggly free-kicks inside our half, in Bale's range. Reina looked trés uncomfortable defending them at their place, where we were incredibly unfortunate not to get something having gone 2-0 behind.

You'd imagine that Henderson would feel disappointed if he didn't start today. BR will have picked the team he feels present the best chance for 3 points though. Reckon we'll pip it with the Anfield advantage.

90 minutes to wait, come on redmen!

We can't afford to be over-run in midfield. If we let spurs play on the break they'll do us.

That said we should prove stiffer opposition for them than Inter did on Thursday...

Pretty sure that Villas-Boas will have something up his sleeve, he might have a point to prove to our owners...

love that lineup. Attack is best form of defence.

If it´s true than we are playing without midifield..
One thing does need to be said: in the post-Benitez era, there was media-led clamour (but also some politicking going on at the club) to make the club more English; the idea being that the club had lost the very essence of what it means to be ‘Liverpool’. Guillem Ballague 18/11/10

I would think the suprise on the bench has to be Skrtel?

Haven't been so nervous all season. I believe we can beat these, but it'll be close. If we do, it will really prove how far we've come with Rodgers already.

Our recent reord when Oliver is ref isn't bad!

Won two and drawn two of last four and not many bookings. Hope he has heard monkey face dives a lot!!

We know he's fit though, the surprise would be if he was left off the bench today in spite of that.  I'm leaning towards Ibe, Suso has tweeted that he's not involved so I'm guessing the surprise is an attacking player with Skrtel replacing either Coates or Wisdom on the bench.

Been a while since I was so looking forward to a big game, or been so confident of the outcome of one.

We've seen lots of promising signs this season that point to progress and hope for better things - what there hasn't been is a really big result that will lay down a marker, the kind of game that will be remembered and spoken of for seasons to come.

Let's make today that game.

We already know that he is back in the squad after the press conference the other day. He's only been out for about 2 weeks anyway, it's not like he's returning from a serious injury.

Anything more that 6m for Joe Allen and we have been ripped off.

Loads of Joe allens out there.

I would like to see him stay at Swansea myself and see if he can have another decent season. He is a championship player - players like a championship player.

It's going to be Lucas picking up Bale... he plays the number 10 role these days.
