Bayern the far better side here, but if the refs had their heads on straight, I can't help but feel Barca would turn a 2-0 at Camp Nou.

Bayern will still bottle the finale mind you.

Literally about to post this. They'll blow it again.

Might be a  Changing of the guard here bayern are trying to build something equally as good as what Barcelona have done over the last 5 years.

But will pepe guardiola turn em into a german barca and completey change their style. Hope not because they ve been immense tonight

This is the bit where Bayern go and lose to Real in the final

I hope Goetze scores the winner for Dortmund!!

Wow, this is a bit of an unexpected result. Second goal was offside and third should have been ruled out for a blatant bodycheck on Alba but Bayern have looked very good, and deserve the win. The second leg might throw up more surprises as you never know with Barcelona at home but you have to think this is now in all likelihood over.

Bayern nearly fucked up a comfortable lead in a second leg against Arsenal earlier in the competition, so I don't think you can write Barca off, I could see them winning 4-0 at the Nou Camp to tie things up.

No chance. Absolutely no chance in hell.

Why do posters bother posting a comment after a goal....to say things like
4 0
Goal
Jesus
Oh my
4 0
Amazing
4 0
Muller
 :)
Jesus
4 0

Quite funny I guess

They are only there to indicate whether or not the ball crossed the back line. That's it.

I thought that as well, but I found a statemtent by Fifa and Uefa (it's 4 years old when they introduced the extra-refs in the Europa League) in which it says "the additional assistant referees will provide two extra pairs of eyes to monitor the game and ensure that the Laws of the Game are upheld, informing the referee of incidents of any kind that he may otherwise have missed, particularly in key areas of the field like the penalty area and its surroundings. The referee will remain in sole charge of the match and the only match official with decision-making powers.". To me that sounds like they can indicate fouls in the penalty area, if the ref hasn't seen it...

No chance. Absolutely no chance in hell.

I don't think Barca will over-turn this, but like against Arsenal, I can see Bayern getting complacent and Barca giving them a scare.

They really need a last minute away goal here or the tie is probably well & truly already over.

Barcelona will be buying new centre backs this summer. That's for sure

Been saying it for the last couple of years, they have needed to be investing in that area for a good 2-3 years.
