Just noticed the trailer for the start of the new (and possibly last?) season for House

House in prison... Kinda reminds me of Dr.Evil in prison in Austin Powers 3....

Here's hoping it'll be as epic as the two set in the asylum though!

Some of the best well written TV that can come out of America. Hugh Laurie at the top of his game.

Its criminal how wasted his talent would be over in the UK.

Plus anything with Olivia Wilde in grabs my attention

Nothing much wrong. Totally watchable. HOWEVER...there are minor things missing from the final version. For example somebody is punched in the face and a black screen appears saying "FX blood missing" and 2 or 3 scenes when someone looks in their hands that has pills in it and it says "missing footage of 2 pills" or something like that. Not at all necessary for the plot and I don't regret watching it. Some might wanna hang on for more quality though in the final version. Just a matter of preferance.

Anyone know when this starts on Sky 1? They seem to be getting things earlier and earlier these days and I wouldn't mind watching it in glorious HD...

I've only just finished watching season 7, so this is really good timing. Although with Spooks and Broadwalk Empire also starting new series at the moment I could end up turning into a spud.

Thought the same as both of you. Found it enjoyable, wasn't a fan of the last series at all so hopefully it'll be back to it's best now.

interesting second episode, finishing off the prison bit early seems strange, but who knows for later on in the season. Also Forman??? have they ruined it a bit by doing that?

Nice to see him having to start again. Gutted that Cuddy wont be back and lack of 13 is horrible. But maybe there could be a reunion across the season

If Lisa Edelstein wasn't so greedy she would still be in it. The only indispensible character is house and maybe wilson. everyone else is replaceable.

First two episodes were good i thought, it is strange with no Cuddy, especially as this will probably be the last season. She wanted to try something new, but was offered a new contract on a lower salary but turned it down, so i think its a bit of both.

Cant wait for the next episode, its definitely not at the high levels the earlier series set, but then again i cant think of many shows that can be so fantastic for 8 straight series. Even now, its still one of the best things on TV and is my second favourite current show to The Big Bang Theory.

Not sure. I've been torrenting the American showings. CSI and CSI new york will be on channel 5. H 5 0 is coming up on sky as early 2012 so big wait for that
