I've been around fans singing about being 'murderers in Heysel'....So if we're going to sweep those sorts of Liverpool fans under the carpet, shouldn't we just do the same with twats at other clubs?
But, that's the difference isn't it, fans v players? As was said, you expect this behaviour from fans not from their players. That's where the comparison ends in my eyes.
You expect it from fans, but it's different when it's players just like it was different when the Man Utd players did it.
Just as Jurgen pulled Walker when he went on Twitter with his, "it could have been ten points" they need to be told in no uncertain terms that our club thinks their players should have a word with themselves.
