Just got these canvas shoes for the summer myself:

Those are great mate.  I love sneakers that keep it simple.  I like subtlety in my designs so anything that is flagrant immediately puts me off.  Lacoste do a brilliant job of keeping it simple though.

Finally took the plunge and invested in one of these little raspers.

Tried it out tonight and I am thoroughly baked.

No tobacco, no carcinogens just clean, crisp THC.

Can't believe I waited this long to get one. This is one of the lower end models. I didnt want to splash for a top of the range and realise I dont like it.

It's a vaporizer mate. It's for smoking weed.

You put the weed onto the little element in the middle and turn it on.....it heats the bud to a temprature that evaporates the actual THC, not the plant itself.

So essentially, you are taking the goodness from the plant. No smoke or nothing like that. It's like sucking in air......only it tastes like weed. It really lets you taste the flavour. You really appreciate the bud.

Smoking really helps me with my AS. It means I can get a good nights sleep without taking painkillers and sleeping tablets. It works absolute wonders. This little beauty means I don't have to use tobacco or actually smoke in any form. It's the healthy stoner option. It also means you use a lot less weed saving a bit of money

Ankylosing Spondalitis, mate.

Its a fucking nitemare when I have flare ups. I live a pretty normal life until I have flare ups that can last months on end where I'm out of action to the point of not being able to get out of bed without help. I dont really view it as that bad a condition but I'm only 26 and there are times I'm completely incapacitated.

I'm due to start new treatment that's supposed to be a bit of a miracle drug so hopefully I'll get back to playing football and gaelic in a year or so.

The weed helps me immensely and as I said, it means I dont have to take heavy duty, addictive painkillers, like tramadol and oxycontin and means I dont have to take diazepams every night before bed to help me sleep.

I have a smoke once I get the kids to bed and I'm relaxing at night. I'm not a big drinker
